Murphy Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public record indexes, rolls, and historical directory collections relevant to Murphy, Texas. It does not host government records and is not connected with an office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use

We may block or restrict any user who violates these terms or abuses the site, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Texas Law
Texas law governs these terms without applying conflict-of-law principles. Texas Government Code chapter 552, the Texas Public Information Act, governs access to many public records held by government bodies; it does not make this private service a custodian.
12. Severability
